Harvested the APER and I kept it in two separate piles - side and bottom shrooms

I harvested the APER this morning and I kept it in two separate piles (side and bottom). Total 163.3 g wet. 1. Should I keep these separated or will the potency be the same? 2. The bottom of the substrate is pretty moist. Should I dunk now or wait to get a second flush? 3. If and when I dunk, I'll place in a black plastic bag and see if I can get any to fruit off of the top.
