I’m not sure if it’s mycelium or some kind of white contamination
User: Hi guys! Lately this is happening to my cakes and I’m not sure if it’s myc or some kind of white contamination. I tried to remove a bit and it became blue almost instantly, behaving very similarly to the myc. What do you think? Trippy answered: That’s definitely myc
