Lions Mane jars

Ok y'all I told myself I was gonna let these sit until I actually saw pins... Because I want my lions mane!!!! And I'm stubborn, and usually have 20 back up plans, I'm a little tenacious when it comes to trying to learn something new. So.... Am I making a mistake? I feel like I FINALLY see lil pins so I'm gonna take em out this weekend. Any thoughts are appreciated. @Shroomok, @Serpico please and thank you. Sorry for the long ass read I'm chatty tonight!
