I started my first shoeboxes on 8/22. They looked great after a week and I opened them and put them in an old fruiting chamber. They look great and smell great but it’s been 2 weeks and they don’t seem to be changing. The mycelium is super spiky with some patches of what looks like fluffy at Stroma. Am I being impatient?
