My Panaeolus brf substrate pf tek cake has colonized

My pan pf tek cake has colonized. I've tried agar 3x with spore syringe, grain 2x, and an LC with no growth at all. So my plan is to shred it up. It's a half pint jar plan on splitting it between 3 quarts of grain. Also going to try mixing some of the mycelium with water and injecting it in another LC, and agar like I saw @Shroomok mention. Only have a couple ml left of spore syringe. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
