Amazing gift from a friend of mine, shiitake on logs
My little harvest from a month or so back. Huge difference from eating fresh picked to store bought! Friend of mine who knows I'm crazy about mushrooms found a guy on Facebook selling them and picked them up for me last fall. All I've done is water them!
